2008 is almost done....

We have a new school year upon us and there have been lots of changes in the culinary realm. Many exciting new restaurants that have began to create new trends and new styles. As the semester rolls out, it will be interesting to see if there has been significant changes year over year in the awards and recognition amongst the globes "top chefs". More interesting is going to be the changes of the menus, culinary styles and foods.
